Bank-to-Bank and In-House Transfers
Regretfully, we are temporarily discontinuing our Bank-to-Bank Transfer service from our current provider. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. We will notify you when our new provider is in place.
Any one-time transfers you have already scheduled will be sent. If you have scheduled recurring Bank-to-Bank transfers, they will not be processed beginning January 25, 2012.
In the meantime, you can still continue to transfer money between institutions by using Bill Pay, writing checks from your account, or contacting customer service for other options.
By using Bill Pay Services, you can easily transfer money from one financial institution to another.
Simply log in to online banking, click on one of your accounts, click “Bill Pay” on the menu bar, click “Add a Bill” and fill in the form to set up the account to which you wish to send money. In the form use your name for “Biller Name”, your account number at the other institution for “Account Number” and the other institution’s address for “Biller Address.” Then submit the form by clicking “Add Bill” at the bottom of the page. Go to “Payment Center” and find the Biller Name on your list of Bill Pay account, fill in amount and the date you wish the money to be paid from your Bank of the Wichitas®
